Card Signup Process

This guide shows the steps necessary to apply for the Healthcare Spending Card.

We use Plaid, a world-class, secure identity and income verification service to verify the applicant's identity and income. Plaid performs a one-time connection to our applicant's banking institution. In doing so, the applicant securely shares income and expense information which Lane Health uses to determine card approval as well as the appropriate credit limit.

Transactions other than qualified dental or hospital expenses (based on merchant category code) will be charged an origination fee of 5% and periodic finance fees.
